On September 9-13, 2026, SDKPI representative Hojin Park attended a 5-day, 4-night history and peace tour exploring important Korean historical and cultural sites in northeastern China.
Led by Dr. Kim Jin-hyang, former chairman of the Kaesong Industrial Complex Foundation, the journey included visits to Yanji, Longjing, Tumen, Baekdu Mountain and Heaven Lake, Changbai Waterfall, and the Yalu River region. The group also visited major Goguryeo heritage sites, including the Gwanggaeto the Great Stele, the Tomb of King Jangsu, and Hwando Mountain Fortress. The trip concluded with stops at Supung Dam, the Hushan Great Wall, the Yalu River Broken Bridge, Dandong, Wihwa Island, and Lüshun before returning to Incheon.
